The 2014 Cross Town Classic was a great example of the collaborative spirit that exists between the Fine Arts Departments at DGN and DGS. Leading a cast of nearly 400 musicians from the two schools, DGS faculty member Greg Hensel conducted the National Anthem during Pre Game. At Half Time both bands performed independently as well as collaboratively with one another. The Fillies and the Athenas joined the collaboration by performing a combined feature with both bands. Special thanks to our friends at DGN for the gracious hospitality during the evening.
