"Hello, Dolly!" Opens this week! #99Learns #DGSPride @Dist_99

Students and staff in the affiliated with the cast, technical crews and pit orchestra have been collaborating to present the 2016 South High School Musical "Hello, Dolly!"  The show opens on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 7:00 PM in the auditorium at South High School.  The show will also be performed Friday, April 15 at 7:00 PM, Saturday, April 16 at 7:00 PM, and Sunday, April 17 at 3:00 PM.  Tickets ($8 for adults, $7 for students) are available at the auditorium box office.  Be sure to arrive early, because this perennial patron favorite is certain to reach capacity houses for each performance.

Theatre patrons and musical fans can experience a "teaser" of the production from the comfort of their own homes on Friday morning, April 15, 2016.  DGS alum Jon Hansen is a host of the popular WCIU morning show "You and Me."  The crew, cast and pit orchestra of "Hello, Dolly!" will be featured in various segments between 7:00-7:45 AM during the Friday morning broadcast of "You and Me."  Tune in and experience the artistry of the production, and gain insight into cast members and crew members during the various interviews.
