On Tuesday, December 8, 2015, the DGS Madrigal Singers performed at the Lion's Club luncheon at Oak Trace in Downers Grove. The Madrigal Singers and nearly every other vocal ensemble at South will perform at a variety of community events during December, creating an important connection between the community and the district through music performance. One community member in attendance at the Lion's Club luncheon remarked "the songs performed were pleasant and nice - something that everyone could relate to. You made our luncheon very special through your music." Special thanks to these Mustang Musicians for sharing their gift of music in our community during the season!
