What an amazing evening of sharing music and culture tonight in the auditorium at South High School. The students from both bands performed very well, however, the student musicians from the Kagoshima Joho HS Wind Orchestra impressed the audience with their blazing technique and stunning musicianship. The performance ended with a rousing combined rendition of
Stars and Stripes Forever! The students are all now headed home for an evening of rest. We are excited to hear these musicians back at South High School rehearsing in the morning as they prepare for their performance at the Midwest Clinic on Thursday.
