Congratulations to the students, directors and parents affiliated with the Eisenhower, Lakeview, and Downers Grove South HS bands for a truly outstanding concert this evening. Repertoire ranged from Balmages to Grainger, from Sousa to Cravens, from Owens to Bernstein. The sense of musical collaboration between and among the ensembles was apparent throughout the course of the evening. The musical future remains bright for the DGS Bands with students of this calibre matriculating in the coming years. It was a great night to be a Mustang!
