Congratulations to the students and staff affiliated with the Marching Mustangs for a strong opening weekend to their 2017 competition season. During a strong prelims performance, the Marching Mustangs finished 2nd place in Class AA, earning caption awards for Outstanding Music, Outstanding Percussion, and Outstanding General Effect. Securing a spot in the evening slate of ensembles, the band continued to perform strong, placing 8th out of ten bands in a highly competitive field with a score of 66.90 during finals. Great job Marching Mustangs - your hard work and attention to detail during practices is showing in your strong performances. Keep up the great work!
