Current and former members of the Marching Mustangs from South High School in Downers Grove performed at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana today for the 2012 Bands of America Super Regionals. The Marching Mustangs were one of 60 bands that performed over the course of two days. Bands from as far away as Florida (Clear Creek HS in Orlando) competed at this event.
After the prelims were completed, the Marching Illini from the University of Illinois performed in exhibition. Former Marching Mustangs Brad Jones, Sam Kotlicky, Callie Sorce and Shannon Rooney were on the field with the Marching Illini.
