District 99 is a collaborative community, particularly between and among the music staff. At our Music Bowl today, Mr. Teague from DGN is adjudicating drum majors and Mr. Miller from DGN is our public address announcer. In the center, DGS band director Ron Hornish is welcoming bands as they enter the field. Mr. Miller and Mr. Teague recently joined Mr. Hornish in the world of baldness as part of a challenge to the DGN bands raise funds for Pediatric Cancer Research. More than $3,500 was raised for the project - a job well done!!!
