Kudos and congratulations to the 2008 Marching Mustangs for their amazing showing this weekend at the Morton High School Invitational. The Marching Mustangs took First Place in class 3-A, and were awarded best overall winds, best percussion, and a Grand Champion trophy for best winds overall.
"We are extremely pleased with this start to our competition season." said director Craig Roselieb. "At the end of last season we lost more than 40 seniors. The leadership legacy of the class of 2008 is apparent in the initial success of the ensemble this year. The first year members have really stepped up and taken care of business."
